Dexter Swap Package Received!

OH my oh my! This was totally worth the trip to the post office to pick up! I missed the delivery yesterday while at the park with my little monsters! You have to exercise monsters thoroughly everyday or they get grumpy. :) I jumped in the car grabbed a key and ripped open the box but what did I see? Some fabulously and creatively wrapped packages and I couldn't open them without photos so when I got home I took this photo.
Dexter Swap 002
How cool is that they are wrapped in red tissue paper with plastic wrap ontop and each has it's own label with a quote from the show! Now the photos in order of my unwrapping them with the clever little quotes that insipred each item!

Oh yay yay yay! The yarn the bag the markers the SCRIPT! Oh my! I don't know if anyone knows this but I only get star struck by writers as I imagine myself as being a published writer one day so a script oh LORD! question though the signature is all messy like most signatures who signed it? But that doesn't matter! Eeeee!! I'm so excited. The bag is so well made! I hope I can do as well on the bag I'm making my pal! It has 2 inside pockets 2 outside pockets and a magnetic snap! I will so put all my knitting stuff in this right away! Oh and the yarn colorway is called Ice Pop! hahaha! Awesome! And I've wanted that pattern for so long! And I can't wait to try out those needles I've never seen those kind before! Yay! Thank you so much Michelle! She doesn't have a blog but you can go by Ravelry and give her a big old pat on the back because this package sure deserves one. She is mleah on Rav. :)

And I had SO MUCH FUN doing it!!

Here's the link for the tote bag: http://mamaspocketbook.com/freebies.htm

I increased the size a bit to hold all the knitting necessities. It's a really fun pattern and not too difficult to make especially for someone new to sewing like me.

What an awesome swap package! I've only just started watching Dexter. My DH has watched all of it, and I write down all of my questions during the episode for clarification and discussion afterward! Ha ha.
